For Private Events, Weddings and Incentive Travel at Jashita, the full Hotel Buyout is required for a Minimum Stay of 3 nights

All rates are in US Dollars per night, based on double occupancy, and subject to 21% Mexican Government and Hospitality Taxes.

All rates include Daily Breakfast, and a Welcome Bottle of Wine and Chocolates.

F&B is not included in the rates and we require that the catering services are provided by our in-house restaurant.

Exclusively for Hotel Buyouts, Pandano Restaurant can offer different F&B packages with all-inclusive formula.

The full prepayment is required before arrival. For Buyouts, a 20% Deposit is required upon booking (non-refundable).

The Outstanding Balance will be required 90 days prior to arrival date.

The Client is responsible and required to pay for any room that remains unoccupied.

To guarantee the reservation, a credit card is required. We take Visa, Mastercard & American Express. Guests who wish to pay with an American Express credit card will be charged an extra 5%.

The 20% Deposit is non-refundable.

Modifications and/or cancellations can be done 91 or more days prior to arrival date.

For cancellations done 90 or less days prior to arrival date, 100% of the reservation total is non-refundable.
