The full prepayment is required before arrival.
To guarantee your reservation, 10% of the reservation total is required upon booking (non-refundable).
Within a couple minutes after booking, you will receive an temporaryonline payment link from the email address payment@jashitacollection.com,to complete this first payment.
The remaining balance will be required 30 days prior to arrival date. Our Reservations Department will send you a second online payment link from the email address reservation@link2saferpay.com .
All rates are seasonal, in US dollars per night, and subject to 21% Mexican Government and Hospitality Tax.
All rates are based on double occupancy and include breakfast.
Minimum Stay is 1 night during Low Season & High Season.
Minimum Stay is 5 nights during Christmas & NYE (December 20th - January 10th).
Check-in time is 3:00pm; Check-out time is at 12:00 pm.
Late Check-out after 12:00 pm is subject to availability.
Children (0 to 10 y/o) are welcome only upon request and subject to availability.

Cancelation Policy

The 10% deposit is non-refundable. Modifications and/or cancellations can be done 31 days prior to the arrival date.
No refund for cancellations done 30 days prior to the arrival date.
No refund for early departures or no-shows.
Children Policy

While Jashita welcomes all families, please note that our hotel offers a more serene sophisticated experience, without traditional children’s amenities such as kids club or dedicated kids menu.
Children up to 10 y/o are welcome only upon request and subject to availability. Please contact our Reservations Team for more assistance.
Children are only allowed to enjoy the Dedicated Children Pool.
It is strictly forbidden for children to access the upper deck of Pandano Restaurant, the Thousand and One Terrace, and the main Adults Only Swimming pool.
Crypto Payment Policy

To guarantee your reservation, 100% of the reservation total is required upon booking (non-refundable).
Payments with Cryptocurrency are non-refundable.
Payments made with cryptocurrency incur a 2% processing fee.
Crypto Cancelation Policy

Payments with Cryptocurrency are non-refundable.
In case of cancellation, you will benefit from a 12 months credit.
